Business SME – Core Banking
Summary
The Business SME will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and optimizing banking processes related i.e., to CIF (Customer Information File), CASA (Current Account / Savings Account), Loans, Deposits, Clearing, and Accounting/General Ledger (GL) systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with any of the current Core Banking Solutions in the market, with a strong background in business requirement definition and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document requirements and processes related to CIF, CASA, Loans i.e., Salary Loans and Motorcycle Loans, Deposits, Clearing, and Accounting/GL.
- Leverage expertise in Core Banking Solutions to optimize system functionality.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for business requirements and system configurations / parameterization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and provide solutions or feasible workarounds.
- Ensure that the new Core Banking Solution will be provided with minimal customizations.
- Utilize tools like JIRA for tracking progress, managing tasks, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years relevant experience
- Prior knowledge of Temenos T24 / Transact AA module is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English
- Strong documentation skills with experience in business requirement and process documentation.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Financial acumen and strong communication skills.
