Change Management and Training Lead
Summary
The Change Management and Training Lead will be responsible for implementing and managing change management frameworks, alignment with project management activities, and driving improvement efforts including the implementation of a KPI framework to measure the overall success of the implementation project. This role involves developing and delivering training programs and using communication tools to facilitate effective change.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management frameworks to guide organizational change initiatives and ensure successful adoption.
- Alignment with projects, awareness of timeline, scope, and budget.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create and deliver training programs to support change initiatives and ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Utilize communication tools and strategies to facilitate clear and effective communication throughout the change process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand change requirements and address any concerns or resistance.
- Monitor and assess the impact of change initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain documentation related to change management processes, project success in terms of KPI’s, and training materials.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with change management frameworks and methodologies.
- Understanding of Core Banking Solutions
- Experience and the ability to analyze and optimize business procedures.
- Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with communication tools and techniques to support effective change management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
