Job Description

  • Solution Architecture Design
    • Shall play a key role in supporting the business development team in driving customer requirements revolving around marketing solution implementations such as that for campaign management, omni-channel marketing, customer experience management – alongside providing solution advisory once the opportunities translate to project implementations.
    • Shall play a key role in supporting the business development team in driving customer requirements revolving around decision management or business rules management implementations such as that for credit decision engines, business process automation, operational decision optimization – alongside providing solution advisory once the opportunities translate to project implementations.
  • Able to probe the customer’s business pain and business objectives, translate these to technical and functional requirements, design the overarching solution map and process flow and identify what software/technologies/tools may be considered to implement the solution.
  • Able to design the implementation approach, project resource plan and project timeline to implement the recommended solution.
  • Can lead a Project Team to ensure projects are implemented on time and executed as designed
    • Drive timelines, milestones and completion of deliverables
    • Coach team members and customers

Skillset Requirements, Either of Two Backgrounds

Background 1: CX Solutioning and Implementation

  • Experience in customer and marketing data analysis, data management and reporting
  • Experience in implementing from scratch or developing new campaigns using marketing technology platforms such as SAS Customer Intelligence, Adobe, Oracle Eloqua, IBM Unica, Twilio, and other niche providers.
  • Familiarity with the dynamics and process of implementing a targeted marketing campaign.
  • Experience on Solution Architecture and Technical Architecture design is a PLUS.
  • Has Exposure on project implementations involving analytics ingestion.
  • Familiarity with high level concepts of API based application Integration.
  • Process oriented, Detail oriented, good problem solving, critical thinking and logical thinking skills.
  • Proactive to be productive, adaptable to formal, on the job & web trainings.
  • Able to work independently provided the objective of the deliverables, and also able to work with a team.
  • Open to handle actual technical development for purposes of demo and IP build.
  • Open to expand his/her knowledge to new technologies, tools and solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in diverse, cross-nationality, virtual teams and customers
  • Ability to travel as business needs require

Background 2: Decision Management

  • Experience in at least one of the following:
    • Banking/FSI Industry, Credit Risk Assessment Process, Implementing Credit Rating or Credit Scoring as part of business process (not necessarily the actual build of the credit scoring model – a plus if he/she has experience on it though).
    • Experience in implementing Business Process Management or Business Process Automation Tools outside of FSI and Credit Subject Areas such as Drools, JBPM, Kogito, Camunda, etc.
    • Experience with other credit scoring and credit decision engines such as Experian, Actico, Adept, etc is a plus.
  • Experience on Solution Architecture and Technical Architecture design is a PLUS.
