Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define key metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
2. Engage in detailed analysis of reporting needs, translating business requirements into actionable data insights. 
3. Develop a comprehensive traceability matrix that maps reporting requirements to data sources and transformations. 
4. Design technical specifications for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes tailored to reporting and dashboarding needs. 
5. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data through rigorous validation and testing of ETL processes and report outputs. 
6. Continuously refine data management strategies to enhance the quality and accessibility of data for end users
7. Skills: Detail oriented and able to translate gathered business requirements into technical specification documents
