Digital Acquisition Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and executing a strong Digital Acquisitions – performance marketing strategy and produce effective project management.
  • Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns.
  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment.
  • Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels.
  • Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.
  • Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.

Qualifications:

  • Well versed with digital acquisitions/performance marketing, preferability for the credit cards/banking business.
  • Good understanding of digital journeys,  campaign management, test & learn experience & digital analytics.
  • Work with internal / external stakeholders to drive enhancements to digital acquisitions efforts, drive incremental profitable credit cards accounts acquired.
  • Develop and manage towards project plan and KPIs.
  • At least 5-8 years of relevant experience, with team management experience.
