Primary Responsibilities
- Act as the primary source of expertise in core banking solutions, with in-depth knowledge of the software and its capabilities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to core banking systems.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to internal teams, including management, on matters related to core banking solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex challenges and provide strategic insights.
- Lead efforts to configure and customize the core banking system to meet the functional requirements of different business units.
- Ensure that the system aligns with the specific operational objectives of each functional area.
- Ensure that the core banking system remains compliant with all relevant banking regulations and standards.
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and implement necessary updates to the system.
- Analyze and resolve complex issues within the core banking system, proposing innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, best practice guides, and reference materials for the core banking system.
- Prepare reports and analyses to assess the impact of recommendations and initiatives.

Education, Certifications, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 6 years of experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Core Banking Solutions.
