Role Summary

Enable continuous delivery and system reliability for SharePoint document management and integrated applications in a multi-cloud and hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

• CI/CD Implementation:
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for deploying SharePoint-based and integrated solutions across development, SIT, UAT, and production environments.
  • Automate deployments and upgrades for various environments, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and SPFx solutions across cloud, SaaS, and on-premise platforms.
• System Automation & Configuration Management:
  • Automate system deployments, upgrades, and patch management.
  • Manage version control and configurations for integrated applications and repositories.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
  • Monitor system performance and reliability for data repositories and integrated applications.
  • Collaborate with development and IT teams to resolve infrastructure and connectivity issues.
  • Provide recommendations and solutions for critical blockers impacting system integrations or platform connectivity.
• Integration Management:
  • Configure Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD for authentication and basic authorization in integrated systems.
  • Apply Microsoft 365 SSO/SAML with MS Authenticator 2FA for all connected applications.
  • Support seamless data integration across applications to minimize manual processes (e.g., via APIs, WebHooks, Sockets, RESTful calls, and Batch Jobs).
  • Help architect and contribute to the creation of a Central Data Repository as the single source of truth for T-1 data.
• Collaboration:
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and system scalability.
  • Provide technical expertise for all technical task, especially SharePoint projects and related integrations.

Skills & Requirements

• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
  • Expertise in multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and hybrid on-premise architectures.
  • Advanced scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, or equivalent).
  • Solid knowledge of SharePoint (including SharePoint Online, SPFx) and system integrations.
  • Familiarity with API integration methodologies, including RESTful services, WebHooks, and Batch Jobs.
  • Experience implementing SSO, SAML, and MFA security protocols (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure AD).
• Problem-Solving:
  • Ability to analyze and resolve connectivity or integration issues in complex environments.
  • Experience identifying root causes of performance bottlenecks and implementing fixes.
• Communication & Collaboration:
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, IT operations).
  • Ability to document processes, configurations, and issue resolutions effectively.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to quickly learn and evaluate new technologies, including developing proofs-of-concept.
  • Understanding of best practices in DevOps, security, and user experience design.
  • Knowledge of hybrid identity and authorization concepts.

Nice to Have:

1. Ability to design and implement SLA or uptime requirements for these integrations
