Summary

The Infrastructure & Security Lead will be responsible for managing and optimizing IT infrastructure, including system architecture, cloud platforms, networking, server management, and database administration. This role requires expertise in automation and scripting, security management, identity and access management, as well as disaster recovery and business continuity planning. 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of system architecture and cloud platforms to ensure scalability and efficiency. 
• Manage networking infrastructure to ensure reliable and high-performance connectivity. 
• Administer and maintain servers, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. 
• Perform database administration tasks to support application and data requirements. 
• Develop and implement automation and scripting solutions to streamline infrastructure operations and reduce manual effort. 
• Ensure robust security management practices are in place to protect against threats and vulnerabilities. 
• Manage identity and access management processes to control user access and maintain security policies. 
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure rapid recovery from disruptions. 
• Monitor and analyze infrastructure performance and address issues proactively to prevent downtime. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address their infrastructure needs. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with more than 10 years of experience 
• Proven experience in infrastructure management, including system architecture, cloud platforms, and networking. 
• Strong background in server management, database administration, and IT infrastructure automation. 
• Knowledge with Core Banking Systems is a plus 
• Proficiency in automation and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash). 
• Expertise in security management and identity and access management. 
• Experience in developing and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans. 
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Huawei, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their management. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
