Java Bootcamp Trainees
Overview
We are looking for highly motivated fresh graduates or early-career professionals with background in Java development who are eager to enhance their technical skills through an intensive Java Bootcamp. This program is designed to train and develop junior Java developers, equipping them with the skills necessary to work in a real-world enterprise environment. Multiple waves are planned for our 2025 run, and you will be part of a pioneering group.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Basic Java Programming – Must have fundamental knowledge of Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), hands-on experience on projects would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Spring Boot – Basic understanding or exposure to the Spring Boot framework.
- Knowledge of REST APIs – Should understand basic API requests and how applications interact via RESTful services.
- Basic SQL & Database Management – Familiarity with relational databases like Oracle or PostgreSQL (basic queries, CRUD operations).
- Understanding of Cloud Platforms – Some coursework or experience with AWS or Azure is a plus.
- Basic UNIX/Linux Commands – Comfortable using basic command-line operations.
- Knowledge of microservices, DevOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), or CI/CD tools is not required but will be a plus. These will be covered during the bootcamp.

- Commitment to Completing the Program – Must be available for the full 5-week onsite bootcamp and willing to commit to project deployment upon passing.
