MIM Analyst
Objectives
As an MIM Analyst, you will play a key role in managing and documenting major incidents within a fast-paced, global environment. Your focus will be on ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and resolution of incidents while maintaining thorough documentation for continuous improvement. This role requires a proactive mindset, technical expertise, and the ability to work effectively under pressure across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Document timelines and critical events for all major incidents.
- Coordinate and onboard necessary support teams during major incident bridge calls.
- Capture and document lessons learned during hot debrief sessions.
- Prepare comprehensive postmortem reports, including action items, root cause analysis, and notable call-outs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience in incident handling or related domains.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to respond promptly to customer queries.
- Flexibility to manage 24×7 shifts and adapt to dynamic work schedules.
- Solid technical knowledge and hands-on experience in incident management.
- Proven expertise in handling incidents in complex, global, matrixed organizations across multiple time zones.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations and under pressure.
- Production-oriented mindset with sensitivity to business-critical requirements.
