Portfolio Management Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Portfolio Director in the day-to-day management of the core banking modernization portfolio, facilitating communication and coordination across 8 distinct program streams
  • Support program planning, scheduling, and tracking activities, ensuring milestones are met and resources are allocated efficiently
  • Prepare and maintain program documentation, including status reports, budget summaries, and meeting minutes, to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned
  • Organizing workshops, and development communication content for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in the development and implementation of program management processes and tools to enhance team productivity and program outcomes
  • Contribute to risk management efforts by tracking issues and risks, and supporting the development of mitigation strategies
  • Support change management activities, helping to communicate changes and gather feedback from stakeholders across the organization

Key Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of Project Management experience
  • Must have proven track-record leading project management for large IT banking projects
  • Must have experience in Philippines (preferably) market or Asia
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of supporting project planning, execution, and monitoring activities
  • Knowledge of core banking systems is a plus
