Portfolio Management Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Portfolio Director in the day-to-day management of the core banking modernization portfolio, facilitating communication and coordination across 8 distinct program streams
- Support program planning, scheduling, and tracking activities, ensuring milestones are met and resources are allocated efficiently
- Prepare and maintain program documentation, including status reports, budget summaries, and meeting minutes, to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned
- Organizing workshops, and development communication content for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in the development and implementation of program management processes and tools to enhance team productivity and program outcomes
- Contribute to risk management efforts by tracking issues and risks, and supporting the development of mitigation strategies
- Support change management activities, helping to communicate changes and gather feedback from stakeholders across the organization
Key Qualifications
- 5-8 years of Project Management experience
- Must have proven track-record leading project management for large IT banking projects
- Must have experience in Philippines (preferably) market or Asia
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of supporting project planning, execution, and monitoring activities
- Knowledge of core banking systems is a plus
