Process Analyst
Description
- Directs the process review, reengineering, designing and/or redesigning of multiple, integrated work flows and processes to ensure that these are client focused, consistent, effective and efficient.
- Develop a cohesive set of solutions in complex, unstructured environments.
- The role leads the identification, assessment, and development of solutions to complex business process issues, where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Interacts with Senior Management and various stakeholders to gain understanding of the requirements, goals, and gain acceptance of an alternative approach.
- The Process Transformation Specialist works with Business Leaders, Partner Teams, and Cross-functional Teams to identify process transformation opportunities ensuring clients are superbly and sustainably serviced.
Accountabilities
- Lead the identification and execution of opportunities for process transformation and improvements to meet the evolving client needs and business outcomes.
- Design / Re-design / Re-engineer processes to arrive at solutions to complex business and client issues through the application and use of proven technology, lean management and agile philosophy, tools, techniques, processes, robotics process automation, artificial intelligence, business process and analysis and design, data extraction, reporting and visualization, problems solving and workshop facilitation.
- Execute process transformation roadmaps, define KPIs and metrics, reporting and action tracking system.
- Drive process transformation by effectively influencing the affected business units and enabling teams towards the desired process change in order to ensure achievement of the desired outputs and outcomes.

- Applied practice and strong expertise in transforming processes through process redesign, zero-based process design, agile, LSS, Kanban, problem-solving methodologies, Data Visualization, and best practices:
- Design Thinking
- Process mapping & Client Experience design

- Lean Six Sigma
- Data Visualization & Data Storytelling
- Have successfully managed business process transformation initiatives or projects, and deliverables from concept to launch that have challenged the status quo and resulted to tangible gains for an organization.
- Passion for innovation, experience design, process design, and design transformation
- Strong understanding of business drivers and processes, technology and solutions
- Strong critical thinking and creative skills with a passion for ambiguity and complex problem solving and translating vague information into tangible results
- Ability to connect with stakeholders and users at a deep level, harness insights and translate into human centered and engaging solutions
Experience
- 3+ years professional experience, preferably with certification/s in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent work experience in process design/re-engineering, ideally with experience working on end-to-end process design.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships to influence change
- Should be capable of understanding and integrating various complex issues and concerns across multiple and diverse business areas. He/she should be able to simplify complex concepts and issues and express clearly his/her ideas through visual communications and presentations
- Should have strong client focus – should have high understanding of the clients are and how they use the company’s products and services
- Should have strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and Agile roles, processes and philosophy.
- Experience in leading complex initiatives are highly valued
- Demonstrated ability to partner, collaborate with and lead a diverse range of teams and stakeholders with distinct perspectives
- Proven high-level strategic, creative-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
