Recruitment Coordinator
Summary
Thakral One is seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. This role will be pivotal in streamlining recruitment operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders. The Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in enabling the TA team to achieve its hiring targets and deliver exceptional outcomes aligned with business goals.
Primary Responsibilities
TA Team Support and Coordination
- Assist in candidate sourcing and pipeline building.
- Branding CVs and ensuring that candidate CVs are updated.
- Schedule interviews for candidates with hiring managers, clients, and the TA team.
- Manage and track interview feedback, ensuring timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Maintain and organize recruitment databases.
- Support recruitment marketing efforts, including managing LinkedIn Recruiter seats, JobStreet postings, and other sourcing tools.
- Collaborate on projects to improve candidate pools, such as building a database of pre-qualified candidates by specialization.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a community of practice to improve candidate engagement and talent pipeline quality.
Process Optimization
- Support the implementation and usage of the ATS, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
- Standardize and monitor adherence to subject lines, JD templates, and email communication formats.
- Coordinate job postings across platforms, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and attract high-quality talent.
Candidate Experience
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and answering inquiries throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure candidates receive interview schedules, job descriptions, and preparation materials promptly.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and initiatives, such as career open houses and hiring drives.
Recruitment Analytics and Reporting
- Prepare and update weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
- Track sourcing effectiveness by monitoring application flow.
- Maintain dashboards for candidate pipeline and team productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Monster).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis/reporting.
- Experience in a tech-driven recruitment environment.
- Familiarity with end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly in candidate-driven markets.
- Turnaround time for recruitment administrative tasks.
