Sales B2B (Retailers/ Dealers – Consumer Goods)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales B2B Executive – Retailers/ Dealers based in HCM City to drive sales of consumer goods, including, but not limited to kitchenware. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a robust dealer and reseller network, implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue, and identifying new business opportunities within the market.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong dealer and reseller network to enhance product distribution and market presence.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company objectives to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the kitchenware sector to expand market share.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers and resellers, providing them with necessary support.
- Conduct market research, monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and improve product positioning.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports on progress against targets to the Management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on promotional activities and product launches.
- Attend industry trade shows or events to promote products and network with potential partners.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years Sales experience with similar network Retailers/ Dealers, preferably selling consumer goods.
- Strong communication of both English & Vietnamese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
