SAP MM Functional Analyst
Description
This position is for a senior functional S4 analyst with experience in both support and enhancement work including the hand over from enhancement/project to support and has the following key responsibilities:
- Develop BRD in consultation with business users.
- Study the requirement and Provide estimations using Capgemini and TE estimation process.
- Work with development teams and MTC (testers) for implementing and testing of new functionalities
- Configure MM/PUR processes in SAP and cross module experience.
- Work with business users and train them on SAP functionality.
- Build test scripts and perform end to end testing.
- Delivering enhancements in subject area including interaction with client end-users, requirement gathering, Functional Specification (FDD) documentation, development, Unit Testing / Functional testing / and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Functional
- Have working knowledge on S4 Projects
- Must be aware of S4 functionality and changes in Procurement area over ECC
- SAP MM/PUR configurations.
- Must have a strong understanding of SAP Intercompany/STO functionality
- Must have strong knowledge in Subcontracting, Consignment, Cross Company, Drop shipment processes.
- Configuration of new STO, Purchase org, Output for Purchasing document.
- Master data configuration and cross module integration – MM, SD, PP, FI etc.
- Must aware about EDI messages used in MM/PUR
- Self-starter works independently
- Demonstrated initiative, good judgment, and ability to achieve results
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms and in English.

Managed Service Process Experience
- Should be familiar with ITSM / Service Desk ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow)
- Should understand ITIL concepts for Production Support
- Should understand Incident Management, Service Request, Problem Management, Change Management processes
