Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst with expertise in SharePoint documentation and Azure IAM Entra ID integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in document management solution through SharePoint, technical documentation, system integration, and identity and access management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for SharePoint redesign.
- Analyse and translate business requirements into technical specifications for sharepoint as a documentation solution.
- Integrate Azure IAM (Entra ID) with various systems to streamline identity and access management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and documentation accuracy.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to SharePoint and Azure IAM integrations.
- Provide technical support and training to stakeholders on documentation and integration processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SharePoint and Azure IAM (Entra ID).
- Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in system integration and identity/access management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Azure or relevant technologies.
- Experience with other Microsoft 365 services and tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
