Transformation Management Analyst
Summary
This job requires collaboration with Business (Distribution, Marketing, Ops) and IT teams in order to deliver the requirements of the business. This job also requires working with stakeholders and end-users at all levels. May be required to work independently or as part of a team.
Primary Responsibilities
The Transformation Management Analyst will manage the day-to-day activities of various teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The scope of this role includes but not limited to:
- Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritise, and develop projects.
- Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritising tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
- Document the project’s creation, development, and execution as well as the project’s scope, budget, and justification.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Responsible for keeping detailed records of all project elements, such as contracts, plans, financial statements, and communications.
- Ensure that the project adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Performs change management activities.
- The role reports to the Manager, Transformation Management.
Education, Certifications, and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in small to medium scale implementations, preferably in the telecommunications or financial industry, with an emphasis on enterprise transformation across multiple functions or value delivery by customer segment.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in program and/or project management with a successful project management track record in full life cycle implementation projects, in a financial institution (preferred).
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- PMP preferred but not required.
- CSPO, CSM experience preferred but not required.
- BS, BA or equivalent.
