Sr. Business Analyst
Summary
The Sr. Business Analyst will help improve a SharePoint deeply nested folder to a proper document management system.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and field mappings.
- Develop test strategies, create test cases, and support user acceptance testing.
- Work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Provide insights and solutions that align with project goals and organizational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a Business Analyst across various tech projects (not industry-specific).
- Strong communication skills and solid business acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a senior capacity.
- Proven experience in mapping business requirements to technical fields or systems.
- Knowledgeable in test strategy development and test case creation.
- Preferred but not required: Experience with SharePoint and Document Management Systems.
