Project Manager – Fraud / SAS with Government Project Experience
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager based in Singapore, with at least 12 years of relevant experience, to lead high-impact projects in the government and analytics domain. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SAS solutions (preferably in fraud, AML, risk, or Visual Investigator), excellent project governance capabilities, and proven experience handling Singapore government projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of SAS solutions in government environments
- Drive timely delivery of projects with strict adherence to compliance and security standards
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
- Manage project scope, planning, resource allocation, risks, and reporting
- Align project execution with public sector frameworks and audit requirements
- Provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders and client representatives
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of relevant project management experience
- Proven experience in managing SAS Fraud, AML, Risk, or SAS Visual Investigator solutions
- Alternatively, experience in implementing intelligence, case management, or fraud detection systems
- Strong stakeholder engagement, project planning, and communication skills
- Must be a Singapore Citizen, or a Singapore Permanent Resident
- Prior experience working on Singapore government projects (preferably with security clearance)
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in analytics, enterprise IT, or regulatory technology
- Familiarity with Singapore government procurement processes and security protocols
- Comfortable working in cross-functional and multicultural environments
