As a Functional Business Analyst – Temenos T24 (Analytics and Autoform), you will analyse business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and validate solutions across T24 Analytics and Autoform. You will work closely with business users and technical teams to align functional design, support testing, and ensure smooth adoption of T24 solutions within a financial services environment.

- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across banking operations.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for T24 Analytics and Autoform.
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical consultants to ensure solution alignment.
- Support functional design workshops and validate end‑to‑end business processes.
- Collaborate on test strategy, develop test scenarios, and coordinate UAT with business teams.
- Assist in issue and defect triage during testing and implementation.
- Provide functional support post‑deployment to ensure smooth business adoption.

Experience
- You have a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, finance, or a related field.
- You have 3+ years of experience in banking operations.
- You have 2–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Temenos T24 or in a financial institution’s IT or business team.
- You have proven experience working with Autoform and T24 Analytics (mandatory).
- You are familiar with at least one T24 domain such as Accounting, Deposits, Loans, Payments, Trade Finance, or Treasury.
Technical Expertise
- You are skilled in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- You can translate business needs into functional specifications.
- You understand corporate banking processes such as accounts, funds transfer, FX, money market, general ledger, SWIFT, balance sheet, and payments.
- You understand full SDLC processes within financial services.
- You have exposure to T24 integrations and third‑party interfaces (preferred).
- You are familiar with AA modules, teller/clearing processes, or trade finance (preferred).
- You have experience with test automation tools (advantage).
