Thakral One is looking for a WhatsApp Growth Hacker with 8–10 years of experience in digital marketing, conversational design, or CRM automation. The role involves optimizing chat funnels, integrating WhatsApp with backend systems, and leveraging data and UX insights to enhance engagement and conversion across conversational commerce channels.
The Role.
- Deep understanding of conversational commerce and WhatsApp Business API
- Experience designing and optimising chat funnels for sales, service, or lead generation
- Familiarity with chatbot frameworks (Dialogflow, Twilio, Meta Cloud API) and A/B testing tools
- Strong data and UX orientation – ability to analyze drop-off points and drive funnel conversation improvements
The Expertise.
