As a WhatsApp Growth Hacker, you will optimise conversational commerce channels by designing and improving chat funnels, integrating WhatsApp with backend systems, and leveraging data and UX insights to enhance engagement and conversion. You will apply your expertise in digital marketing, conversational design, and CRM automation to deliver measurable outcomes.
What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed
- Apply deep understanding of conversational commerce and WhatsApp Business API to design effective solutions.
- Design and optimise chat funnels for sales, service, or lead generation.
- Utilise chatbot frameworks such as Dialogflow, Twilio, or Meta Cloud API, along with A/B testing tools, to improve performance.
- Analyse drop-off points and use data and UX insights to drive funnel conversion improvements.
- Integrate WhatsApp with backend systems including CRM, order management, and analytics platforms.

- You have 8–10 years of experience in digital marketing, conversational design, or CRM automation.
Technical Expertise
- You have hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business API.
- You are proficient in designing and optimising chat funnels.
- You are familiar with chatbot frameworks such as Dialogflow, Twilio, or Meta Cloud API.
- You have experience with A/B testing tools.
- You have worked on integrating WhatsApp with backend systems such as CRM, order management, and analytics.
