The Opportunity.
We are seeking a versatile MuleSoft and Salesforce Developer to design and implement secure, high-performance integration solutions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of APIs—from design in Anypoint Platform to deployment—while also customizing the Salesforce CRM using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). In 2026, this role is critical for unifying data across enterprise systems to fuel AI-driven agents and real-time analytics.
The Role.
Core Responsibilities
- API-Led Connectivity: Design, build, and maintain layered APIs (System, Process, and Experience) using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform to ensure reusable and governed application networks.
- Salesforce Development: Develop custom logic using Apex (classes, triggers, asynchronous processes) and build modern, responsive user interfaces with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Data Transformation: Execute complex data mapping and transformations between heterogeneous systems (JSON, XML, CSV) using DataWeave.
- AI & Automation: Implement and manage Agentforce connectors and AI-driven workflows to enhance CRM personalization and predictive insights.
- Security & Governance: Apply standard security policies (OAuth 2.0, encryption, throttling) and ensure adherence to enterprise API governance standards.
- Testing & DevOps: Conduct unit and integration testing using MUnit and maintain CI/CD pipelines with tools like SFDX, Git, and Jenkins.
The Expertise.
Technical Qualifications (2026 Standards)
- MuleSoft Expertise: Proficiency in Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Anypoint Exchange.
- Salesforce Expertise: Strong command of Salesforce Data Cloud, Flow Orchestrator, and core clouds (Sales, Service, or Health Cloud).
- Languages: Expert knowledge of DataWeave, Apex, JavaScript, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Architecture: Deep understanding of EAI/SOA best practices, pub/sub models, and event-driven architecture.
- AI Tools: Familiarity with Einstein Copilot Studio and Prompt Builder for generative AI integrations.
Education & Certifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Developer (Level I or II).
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer (I or II).
- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant.
- Salesforce Certified AI Specialist (Einstein Copilot).
