As a PMO Analyst, you will support project planning, tracking, and reporting across banking programmes, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and smooth delivery in collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders. You will contribute to risk management, status reporting, and adherence to project standards within the banking domain.
What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed
- Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking across banking programmes.
- Prepare and maintain project dashboards, MIS, and status reports for senior stakeholders.
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and actions, escalating them in a timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to MUFG project governance, compliance, and reporting standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support smooth project delivery.

Experience
- You have experience in PMO or project management within the banking domain.
Technical Expertise
- You have a strong understanding of banking processes, regulatory requirements, and governance frameworks.
- You are proficient in project tracking and reporting tools such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and JIRA.
