Account Manager – Enterprise Technology Services 

Location: Philippines

As an Account Manager, you will own and grow enterprise technology accounts across Cloud, Infrastructure, Data and Analytics, Applications, Managed Services, and IT Staff Augmentation. You will drive revenue expansion, strengthen long-term partnerships, and influence commercial strategy while working closely with delivery, talent, and leadership teams.

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed

Revenue Growth & Account Expansion

  • Drive commercial performance by owning revenue targets for assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and execute structured account growth plans.
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Managed Services, Cloud and Infrastructure, Data and Analytics, and IT Staff Augmentation.
  • Increase wallet share within existing clients.
  • Build predictable revenue pipelines and maintain accurate sales forecasts.

Strategic Client Relationships 

  • Build strong, multi-level relationships across IT, procurement, and business units.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and position solutions proactively based on anticipated client needs.
  • Establish Thakral One as a strategic partner within key accounts.
  • Act as the commercial escalation point when required.

Cross-Functional Leadership 

  • Work closely with Delivery Managers to ensure service excellence and fulfil client expectations.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to anticipate hiring demands and support staffing strategies.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and solution teams to craft proposals aligned with client requirements.
  • Align commercial strategy with operational execution.

Commercial & Contract Management 

  • Support contract negotiations and renewals.
  • Protect margins while maintaining competitiveness.
  • Manage scope expansion discussions with clients.
  • Ensure financial performance aligns with revenue targets.

We’d Love to Hear From You If…

Experience

  • You have 5 to 10+ years of experience in Account Management within IT Services, Consulting, or Managed Services.
  • You have proven experience managing enterprise accounts.
  • You have exposure to Cloud, Infrastructure, Data, Applications, or IT Staffing solutions.
  • Experience working with banks, telecom, or large enterprises is an advantage.

Technical Expertise

  • You are commercially driven and comfortable owning revenue targets.
  • You have strong negotiation, forecasting, and structured account planning skills.
  • You have experience in enterprise IT services or technology consulting.

  • You are confident navigating large organisations and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • You are proactive, growth-oriented, and capable of anticipating client needs.
