As a Functional Product Analyst, you will translate business requirements into functional solutions within a core banking environment. You will play a key role in aligning business needs with T24 out-of-the-box capabilities, supporting solution design, testing, and ongoing system improvements.
What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed
- Map business requirements to T24 out-of-the-box functionalities, ensuring alignment with functional needs across modules
- Analyse business requirement documents and translate them into detailed functional specifications such as FSD and HLSD, delivering walkthroughs to business users and testing teams
- Review test case documentation to ensure completeness and alignment with defined requirements
- Conduct issue analysis and simulation, producing detailed documentation and root cause analysis for resolution
- Develop product-based proof of concept documentation to support business validation when required
- Coordinate with users to provide functional clarifications related to T24 modules
- Perform system impact analysis and support requirement definition, solution design, and functional specification development
- Support technical specification design and System Integration Testing creation to ensure solution readiness
- Produce SDLC artefacts including specifications, layouts, diagrams, and user manuals
- Provide BAU support to branches, including troubleshooting and quality assurance activities
- Collaborate effectively with IT and business stakeholders to ensure aligned delivery outcomes
We’d Love to Hear From You If…
Experience
- You have 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with the Temenos T24 core banking system
- You have strong functional domain knowledge across T24 modules such as Core, Accounting, Trade Finance, Treasury, AA Retail, AA Deposits, and AA Loans
- You have experience in implementation projects with user-facing responsibilities
- You have a strong understanding of banking processes and financial services environments
- You have experience or understanding of controls within a banking environment
Technical Expertise
- You have hands-on experience in configuring and setting up T24 parameters, including TAABS
- You are able to produce functional and technical artefacts across the SDLC
- You have exposure to T24 interfaces with third-party systems, including screen changes and inquiry generation
- You have knowledge of T24 architecture, version upgrades, and updates
- You are proficient in MS Office applications
- You have exposure to test automation as an advantage
- You have good knowledge of T24 Accounting, Limits, and core modules as an advantage
