As a Sales Manager, you will drive client acquisition, build strong C-level relationships, and manage key accounts within the IT consulting industry. You will lead business development initiatives, manage channel partnerships, and collaborate with internal teams to support strategic growth while consistently meeting sales targets.
What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed
Client & Account Management
- Build and maintain relationships with key business decision leaders, particularly C-suite executives.
- Manage existing accounts and ensure long-term partnerships with Thakral One clients.
- Present, promote, and sell products and services using tailored solutions aligned with client needs.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to deliver value-driven proposals.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Build and maintain industry-specific pipelines to drive sales growth aligned with organisational strategy.
- Reach out to new customers through cold calling, presentations, and company overviews.
- Develop strategic alliances and partnerships with principals and system integrators, supporting end-to-end channel management.
- Initiate go-to-market approaches by analysing customer needs, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products and services.
Sales Execution & Market Analysis
- Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule and forecast.
- Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyse market potential and trends, track sales, and prepare status reports.
- Stay updated on best practices and trends in IT solutions and services.
- Continuously improve through feedback and collaboration.

Experience
- You have proven work experience as a Sales Manager in IT consulting.
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM practices.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
