As a Recruiter, you will lead end-to-end hiring initiatives in India while supporting broader recruitment efforts across the APAC region, driving efficient and high-quality talent acquisition outcomes.
What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing through to onboarding, ensuring timely and effective hiring outcomes
- Proactively source, screen, and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones to support regional hiring needs
- Maintain ATS systems, trackers, dashboards, and hiring reports to ensure accuracy, visibility, and data-driven decision-making
- Build and nurture strong talent pipelines to support both current and future hiring requirements
- Engage stakeholders effectively to align hiring strategies with business needs and ensure smooth recruitment execution
We’d Love to Hear From You If…
Experience
- You have at least 6 years of recruitment experience, primarily within the Banking and Financial Services domain
- You have experience supporting hiring in areas such as lending and payments is preferred
- You have demonstrated ability to manage recruitment independently in India
Technical Expertise
- You have hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
- You have a good understanding of talent markets across India, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, and Australia is preferred

- You are able to manage recruitment processes independently with accountability for outcomes
- You are organised and detail-oriented in managing recruitment data and reporting
