As a Growth Analytics Specialist, you will drive app growth by optimising user funnels, leading structured experimentation, and improving lifecycle engagement across channels. You will translate data into actionable strategies that increase retention, conversion, and lifetime value while partnering closely with product, data, and marketing teams.
What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed
- Identify high-impact growth opportunities using funnel, cohort, and segmentation analysis, and translate insights into clear, testable hypotheses
- Design and run structured experimentation programmes, including A/B testing and multivariate testing where relevant, to validate growth strategies
- Optimise outbound channels such as push notifications, SMS, and email by improving targeting, timing, frequency, and personalisation to increase retention and lifetime value
- Build and implement segment strategies, including suppression and fatigue controls, to protect and enhance user experience
- Own and track growth KPIs such as MAU, retention, conversion, and ARPU or LTV, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Maintain dashboards and lead weekly and monthly performance reviews with clear, actionable outcomes
- Collaborate with data, product, and marketing teams to identify high-return opportunities for in-app engagement and monetisation
- Analyse user behaviour and cohort performance to uncover friction points and improve overall lifetime value
- Establish and scale reusable playbooks, including experiment templates, segmentation standards, campaign QA checklists, and post-test learning repositories
We’d Love to Hear From You If…
Experience
- 7 to 10 years of experience in growth analytics, experimentation, lifecycle CRM, performance marketing analytics, or product analytics within a consumer app environment
- Proven track record of driving MAU, retention, and conversion for consumer apps, with exposure to telecom, fintech, or digital platforms preferred
Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of mobile analytics tools such as Braze and Google Analytics
