Client Partner/Account Manager

Location: Ortigas, Philippines

As a Client Partner / Account Manager, you will serve as the primary strategic partner for selected enterprise clients across the Banking, Financial Services, and Utilities sectors. You will build and grow senior stakeholder relationships, uncover business challenges, and work with internal teams to shape solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes through consulting, data and AI, specialist talent, and delivery capabilities.

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed

Client Relationship Management & Strategy

  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for senior executives including CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, Chief Data Officers, Chief Digital Officers, business leaders, and operational stakeholders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives, operational challenges, transformation priorities, and strategic initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships across assigned accounts.
  • Translate complex business challenges into practical solutions using consulting services, data and AI capabilities, specialist talent, and delivery expertise.
  • Develop and execute structured account growth plans to increase client retention, expansion, and long-term commercial value.
  • Identify opportunities to support clients through business transformation, operational improvement, technology modernisation, organisational change, and capability uplift initiatives.

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Drive revenue growth through identifying, qualifying, and developing opportunities across consulting, data and AI, specialist staffing, and transformation services.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned to annual revenue targets.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification and qualification through proposal development, commercial negotiations, contract closure, and account expansion.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the service portfolio.
  • Develop strategic account plans and growth strategies for assigned clients.
  • Achieve agreed revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.

Solution Development & Advisory

  • Collaborate closely with consultants, architects, data specialists, delivery teams, and subject matter experts to develop client-focused solutions.
  • Understand client challenges and help shape practical, commercially viable approaches to addressing them.
  • Support clients in defining initiatives that improve business performance, operational efficiency, customer experience, regulatory compliance, organisational capability, or transformation outcomes.
  • Understand common challenges associated with large-scale change initiatives, including governance, stakeholder alignment, change management, capability gaps, data quality, operational readiness, and execution risk.
  • Position the organisation as a long-term strategic partner focused on achieving business outcomes.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure client expectations are aligned with project objectives and delivery capabilities.
  • Facilitate collaboration between clients and internal teams throughout the sales and engagement lifecycle.
  • Support proposal development, workshops, executive presentations, account reviews, and strategic planning activities.
  • Provide market intelligence and client feedback to support service development and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Contribute to the ongoing growth of key accounts through proactive relationship management and opportunity identification.

Experience

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • You have at least 7 years of experience in consulting services, professional services, enterprise delivery, strategic account management, business development, client partnership, or transformation-related roles.
  • You have a proven track record of developing and growing enterprise accounts and achieving revenue targets.
  • You have experience working with Banking, Financial Services, Utilities, Telecommunications, or other large enterprise organisations.
  • You have experience supporting, delivering, or participating in transformation programmes, technology-enabled business change, operational improvement initiatives, or consulting engagements.
  • You have experience engaging senior executives and influencing decision-makers across both business and technology functions.
  • Existing relationships within the Philippine enterprise market will be highly regarded.

Technical Expertise

  • You have a strong understanding of Banking and Financial Services and or Utility sector operations.
  • You understand business transformation, organisational change, operational improvement, and enterprise programme delivery.
  • Familiarity with Philippine regulatory and compliance environments will be advantageous.
  • You understand how organisations adopt new capabilities, manage change, and execute strategic initiatives.
  • You can understand complex business challenges and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • You bring working knowledge of data and analytics, digital transformation initiatives, enterprise technology environments, and consulting-led engagements.
  • You can engage credibly with both business executives and technology leaders.
  • You understand governance, programme delivery, change management, organisational readiness, and business process improvement.
  • You are comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams across consulting, data, delivery, and specialist talent functions.
