As a Backend Developer Specialist, you will design and develop backend applications and APIs supporting digital banking solutions. You will ensure solutions meet functional and business requirements while adhering to established coding, technical, architecture, and API standards.

- Design and develop backend applications that meet functional and business requirements.
- Adhere to project coding, technical, and API documentation standards.
- Build and maintain shared development libraries.
- Develop and maintain APIs that provide services to frontend and backend systems.
We’d Love to Hear From You If...
Experience
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Backend Developer in IT system development projects within finance and/or banking.
- You have worked on corporate financial management systems integrated with banking platforms or digital products for corporate customers.
- You have deployed and completed the go‑live of at least one Digital Banking, CRM, or Corporate Finance/Treasury Management solution integrated with banking systems.
Technical Expertise
- You have at least 3 years of experience with Java Spring Boot.
- You are experienced in developing and using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
- You understand SQL and NoSQL databases.
- You are familiar with microservices architecture and design principles, including performance, fault tolerance, and security.
- You have practical experience applying unit testing.
