The Opportunity.
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will serve as the primary link between business stakeholders and the technical development team. Your goal is to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions that drive operational efficiency and user adoption.
The Role.
Core Responsibilities
- Discovery & Elicitation: Facilitate workshops to identify business needs, pain points, and process improvements.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps (As-Is/To-Be), data models, and technical specifications.
- Requirement Management: Author detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria for Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Solution Design: Design declarative solutions (Flows, Validation Rules, Reports) that align with Salesforce best practices.
- Quality Assurance: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining test plans and coordinating with end-users for validation.
- Project Governance: Assist team in backlog grooming, prioritizing features based on business value.
The Expertise.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Salesforce Expertise: Minimum 2–5 years of experience with Sales, Service, or Experience Clouds.
- Analytical Tools: Proficiency in process mapping (e.g., Lucidchart) and project tracking (e.g., Jira).
- Data Analysis: Strong ability to analyze data integrity and build complex dashboard metrics.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- IIBA-CBAP or similar industry accreditation.
