As a Business Analyst Lead, you will lead the Business Analysis team supporting digital banking initiatives. You will establish standards and ways of working while ensuring business requirements, processes, solution impacts, and change activities are effectively managed across the programme.

Team Leadership & Standards
- Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts.
- Establish effective standards and ways of working for the team.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to ensure consistent delivery quality.
Requirement Analysis & Documentation
- Document business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business and solution requirements.
- Identify potential issues, risks, benefits, and impacts across solutions and products.
Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate with stakeholders to carry out change management activities.
- Ensure requirements are aligned with business objectives and operational priorities.
- Support adoption of new processes and solutions across the organisation.
We’d Love to Hear From You If...
Experience
- You have at least 10 years of experience in business analysis for digital banking products.
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst Lead.
- You have participated in at least one digital banking project for corporate customers within a large financial institution or bank.
Technical Expertise
- You are proficient in documenting requirements through BRDs, FSDs, and User Stories.
- You understand digital banking products and corporate customer solutions.
- You are experienced in assessing solution impacts, risks, and benefits.
- You are familiar with change management practices in large financial institutions.
Ways of Working
- You have experience leading Business Analysts and establishing effective standards.
- You collaborate across stakeholders to define requirements and coordinate change activities.
- You communicate clearly and manage stakeholder expectations.
- You work independently while ensuring team alignment and delivery success.
