As a Business Process Reengineering Manager, you will analyse existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design solutions that streamline operations and increase efficiency. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise workflows, monitor effectiveness, and ensure sustainable improvements across the organisation.

Experience
- You have at least 5 years of experience in business process reengineering, preferably in a technology or consulting company.
- You have a proven track record of implementing successful process improvement initiatives.
Technical Expertise
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- You are proficient in process mapping and analysis tools.
- You have knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (advantage).
