The Opportunity.
We are seeking a Campaign Operations Lead to manage end-to-end execution of high-scale, multi-channel customer engagement campaigns for a major telco transformation program led by a global consulting firm.
This role leads the full lifecycle of marketing automation—from campaign logic design and segmentation to QA, deployment, and performance analysis—using platforms such as Braze, Pelatro, or similar Customer Engagement Management Platforms (CMP).
The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience orchestrating complex, high-volume campaigns (10M+ users), strong stakeholder management skills, and a test-and-learn mindset suitable for fast-paced digital environments.
The Role.
- Design, build, and execute large-scale multichannel customer engagement campaigns across mobile apps, SMS, email, push notifications, and in-store journeys.
- Translate business objectives and customer lifecycle strategies into executable campaign logic using Braze, Pelatro, or equivalent enterprise CMP tools.
- Lead end-to-end campaign operations, including segmentation, personalization rules, content integration, QA, testing, deployment, monitoring, and post-campaign analytics.
- Partner with product, marketing, analytics, and technology teams to ensure the campaign design aligns with growth and engagement objectives.
- Establish and document best practices for multichannel orchestration, A/B testing, optimization, and campaign governance.
- Support personalization at scale by deploying dynamic content and automated decisioning based on behavioral triggers, usage patterns, or segment-level insights.
- Maintain strong campaign hygiene, data accuracy, and adherence to internal governance, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with analytics teams to fine-tune targeting, uplift impact, and ROI.
- Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, rapid iteration, and data-driven insights.
The Expertise.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications in Braze, Pelatro, CRM automation, or digital marketing platforms are a plus.
Experience & Background
- 5–10 years of experience in campaign management, CRM operations, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation.
- Hands-on expertise with Braze, Pelatro, or similar CMP platforms is required.
- Proven experience running and managing hundreds of concurrent campaigns for large customer bases (10M+ users).
- Strong understanding of segmentation logic, personalization rules, dynamic content integration, and channel orchestration.
- Experience in mobile app marketing, push notification strategies, and omni-channel engagement.
- Familiarity with SQL, analytics dashboards, and campaign performance measurement tools.
- Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced, test-and-learn environments with short experimentation cycles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capability—able to translate technical campaign logic for non-technical teams.
