As a Controllership Support Analyst, you will help safeguard the accuracy and integrity of financial data within a bank’s core systems. You will support accounting validation, financial workflow testing, and digital finance operations while ensuring that system behaviour aligns with financial reporting standards and internal controls.
What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed
- Review, validate, and test accounting transactions to ensure accurate general ledger postings and compliance with financial regulations.
- Conduct end-to-end testing of core financial workflows including loans, deposits, payments, and reconciliations.
- Develop and execute test scripts for accounting modules and financial reporting features.
- Identify system issues, document findings, and coordinate resolutions with developers or business analysts.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing and support validation activities to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Uphold internal controls and compliance requirements during all phases of testing.
- Collaborate closely with the Accounting Head to ensure system accuracy aligns with financial reporting standards.

Experience
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- You may be a fresh graduate, with background or exposure to system testing or UAT considered an advantage.
Technical Expertise
- You understand accounting principles, reconciliations, and general ledger processes.
- You are familiar with financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.

- You communicate effectively across technical and business teams.
- You work collaboratively and maintain strong attention to detail in testing and validation activities.
