As a Credit Risk SME, you will design processes and credit programmes that strengthen risk management and profitability across customer segments. You will apply deep expertise in credit cards, underwriting, and risk modelling to support sustainable portfolio growth and effective loss provisioning.

- Design processes and credit programmes for existing‑to‑bank and new‑to‑bank segments.
- Develop pre‑approved and pre‑qualified programmes for lending credit cards to debit card and savings account customers.
- Analyse loss provisioning data to identify profitable segments within the credit card portfolio.

Experience
- You have 8–10 years of experience in credit risk management.
Technical Expertise
- You hold a master’s degree in Statistics or Economics from a reputed organisation.
- You have working knowledge of credit cards.
- You understand underwriting processes for various customer segments, including existing‑to‑bank, new‑to‑bank, salaried, and self‑employed.
- You are familiar with credit line assignments for credit cards.
- You have exposure to bureau data such as attributes and reason codes, alternative data, and identity or behavioural signals.
- You understand credit risk capabilities in digital journeys.
- You have good knowledge of loss provisioning and profitability drivers of credit card portfolios.
- You have knowledge of building application scores, behaviour scores, PD, LGD, and loss forecasting models (advantage).
