As a Cyber Security Training & Awareness Specialist, you will design, deliver, and optimise global programmes that strengthen the organisation’s cyber resilience. You will create engaging content, coordinate initiatives across regions, and ensure clear communication that simplifies technical concepts for diverse audiences.
What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed
Global Programme Execution
- Support the Cyber Awareness & Training Centre of Excellence (CoE) across APAC, EMEA, US, and Japan.
- Assist leadership in executing the global cyber security training and awareness strategy.
- Coordinate deliverables across multiple channels, ensuring timelines and outcomes are achieved. ifications based on business requirements.
Content Development & Delivery
- Create and deliver cyber training and awareness programming, including eLearning modules, newsletters, and workshops.
- Provide subject matter expertise to guide awareness and training initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and optimise programme effectiveness to enhance engagement and impact.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders such as Learning & Development, Global Financial Crimes, regional cybersecurity, and technology teams.
- Facilitate sessions and communications for programme development and operationalisation.
- Maintain strong relationships with regional teams to ensure consistent global messaging.
Governance & Reporting
- Develop metric dashboards for executive stakeholders and governance reporting.
- Conduct audits and provide updates on CoE status to support transparency and accountability.

Experience
- You have 6–10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with 3–5 years focused on security awareness and training.
- You have experience working in multinational organisations.
Technical Expertise
- Skilled in developing tailored content and training methods for diverse audiences.
- Familiar with cybersecurity standards such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and CRI.
- Experienced with modern learning platforms (Articulate360, Microsoft Attack Simulation, Proofpoint) and digital engagement tools.
- Strong understanding of emerging threats and global regulations.
- Proficient in measuring programme impact using data-driven metrics. t, and QA teams.
