As a Data Architecture and Engineering Specialist, you will design and deliver enterprise‑grade data solutions that enable advanced analytics, machine learning, and generative AI capabilities. You will partner with clients to translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring scalable, secure, and innovative data architectures for the Banking and Financial Services domain.

- Design and implement distributed and cloud data architectures that support enterprise analytics and AI initiatives.
- Consult with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- Apply expertise in modern BI tools, frameworks, and packages for generative AI and machine learning model development.
- Integrate data science concepts including feature engineering, model evaluation, and algorithm optimisation into enterprise systems.
- Drive innovation by adopting emerging technologies and methodologies in the evolving data science landscape.
- Ensure robust data governance practices including metadata management, data quality, master data, and data security.
- Lead the design and development of large‑scale, production‑grade systems using DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation technologies.

Experience
- You have 12+ years of experience, including 10+ years in progressive data engineering, data architecture, and technical roles.
- You have strong exposure to Banking and Financial Services domains and enterprise analytics data assets.
Technical Expertise
- You hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- You are experienced in distributed and cloud data architecture, modern BI tools, and frameworks for generative AI and machine learning.
- You have hands‑on experience with machine learning algorithms, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- You are skilled in designing and developing large‑scale systems with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation technologies.
- You have good appreciation of data governance topics including metadata, data quality, master data, and data security management.
- You have experience with marketing cloud solutions such as Salesforce (advantage).
