As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will architect, automate, and optimise secure infrastructure and delivery pipelines to support mission‑critical systems. You will combine expertise in cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code with strong reliability practices to ensure scalability, availability, and security across global digital ecosystems.
What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed
- Architect, develop, and optimise scalable Azure‑based infrastructure using Terraform to ensure consistent and reproducible environments.
- Serve as a core member of the Site Reliability Engineering team, maintaining 24/7 mission‑critical availability.
- Deploy, scale, and manage containerised applications using Kubernetes, applying best practices for cluster health and security.
- Implement and refine advanced monitoring frameworks, embedding actionable metrics and alerts into services.
- Streamline CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Helm, and Ansible to accelerate release cycles.
- Participate in a follow‑the‑sun on‑call rotation, leading incident response and conducting thorough Root Cause Analysis to prevent recurrence.

Experience
- You have 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
Technical Expertise
- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- You have deep technical expertise in Azure (preferred) or AWS, with hands‑on mastery of Kubernetes administration.
- You are proficient in scripting with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- You have demonstrated experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.
- You have experience with observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK Stack (advantage).
- You are familiar with on‑call management platforms such as PagerDuty or Zenduty (advantage).
