As a Functional Product Analyst, you will provide deep expertise in Temenos T24 core banking systems, working across multiple modules to deliver functional consulting and support. You will contribute to implementation projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure solutions align with banking processes and financial services requirements.
What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed
Functional Consulting
- Apply strong domain knowledge in Temenos T24 modules including Core/Accounting/Trade Finance, Treasury, and AA-Retail, AA-Deposits, AA-Loans.
- Support implementation projects with user-facing responsibilities, ensuring requirements are captured and delivered effectively.
- Contribute to full SDLC activities, ensuring functional accuracy and alignment with project goals.
Project Management & Collaboration
- Use strong project management skills to drive delivery across functional streams.
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of banking processes.
- Maintain effective communication and teamwork to support project success.
Continuous Improvement
- Apply understanding of T24 architecture, version upgrades, and updates to support system enhancements.
- Document and share knowledge using MS Office applications, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Contribute to test automation initiatives and integration with third-party systems where applicable. ation environments including Android and iOS.

Experience
- You have 16+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Temenos T24 core banking systems.
- You have worked in implementation projects with user-facing roles.
Technical Expertise
- Strong functional knowledge across T24 modules: Core/Accounting/Trade Finance, Treasury, AA-Retail, AA-Deposits, AA-Loans.
- Familiarity with T24 interfaces, autoforms, and Temenos Analytics is an advantage.
- Skilled in MS Office applications, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Experienced in full SDLC processes.
