IT Operations / Endpoint Engineer

Location: Singapore

As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide Level 2 support and manage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring stable and secure end-user environments. You will work across the Microsoft ecosystem to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining continuity of business operations

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed

  • Deliver Level 2 support by diagnosing and resolving user issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations 
  • Manage routine IT operations tasks independently, maintaining system stability and user productivity 
  • Perform hands-on troubleshooting of laptops and end-user devices, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues 
  • Support and operate within the Microsoft ecosystem, including tools such as Microsoft Defender, to maintain system security and performance 
  • Ensure consistent execution of daily IT support activities while maintaining service quality and responsiveness 

We’d Love to Hear From You If…

Experience

  • You have 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in IT support or operations roles 
  • You have hands-on experience providing Level 2 support 

Technical Expertise

  • You have practical exposure to the Microsoft ecosystem, including tools such as Microsoft Defender 
  • You are capable of performing laptop troubleshooting and supporting day-to-day IT operations 

Ways of Working

  • You work independently to manage routine IT operations tasks effectively 
  • You demonstrate reliability in handling support issues and maintaining operational continuity
