Junior Business Analyst – Banking & Financial Services (Fresh Grad)
About the Role
Are you a recent graduate or junior professional eager to break into the banking and financial services sector? We are hiring a Junior Business Analyst to support one of our leading banking clients in Malaysia. This is a full-time opportunity based in Kuala Lumpur where you’ll receive structured training and mentorship, making it an ideal first step into the world of business analysis and financial systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in training programs to build foundational knowledge in business analysis, banking processes, and systems.
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Support creation of process flows, user documentation, and reporting materials.
- Assist during testing phases including UAT and regression testing.
- Act as a liaison between users and technical teams, ensuring effective communication — especially in Mandarin.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, IT, Finance, or related fields.
- 0–1 year of experience (internship/fresh graduates welcome).
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken & written) is essential.
- Strong communication and analytical thinking skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
