As an Oracle Fusion ERP Developer (L4), you will support banking finance operations by building custom reports, developing integrations, and managing financial data flows. You will contribute to secure, accurate, and compliant handling of financial information while collaborating with finance and IT teams to deliver effective solutions.
What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed
- Create custom reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and FRS to meet financial and regulatory requirements.
- Develop integrations with ODI, OIC, FBDI, and APIs to streamline financial data flows.
- Support GL configurations for multi-entity and multi-currency banking operations.
- Ensure financial data is handled securely, accurately, and in compliance with banking standards.
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to deliver solutions aligned with organisational needs.

Experience
- You have 11–15 years of Oracle Fusion experience.
- You have worked in banking or financial services environments.
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- You have experience in modernisation projects (advantage).
Technical Expertise
- You are proficient in Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
- You have expertise with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
- You are skilled in BI Publisher, OTBI, and FRS.
- You have experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs.
- You are familiar with FBDI and ADFdi.
- You are proficient in SQL / PLSQL.
- You understand banking compliance requirements such as IFRS and Basel III.
- You hold Oracle certifications in Financials, ODI, or Cloud (advantage).
