As a Pega Developer, you will design, develop, and implement Pega applications that drive intelligent automation and customer engagement. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, deliver high-quality applications, and ensure adherence to best practices while working independently and collaboratively across teams.
What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed
- Design, develop, and implement Pega applications, including Pega Email Bot, Pega CLM, and Customer Service.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain Pega PRPC applications covering case management, decision management, and system integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently to maintain application stability.
- Perform unit, integration, and system testing to ensure solution quality.
- Apply coding standards and best practices consistently across all deliverables.

Experience
- You have at least 7 years of hands-on experience in Pega development across diverse projects and modules.
- You hold certification as a Senior System Architect (CSSA).
Technical Expertise
- You have strong knowledge of Pega’s core concepts, including case management, decision management, and integration.
- You have proven expertise in implementing solutions with:
- Pega Email Bot for intelligent email processing and automation.
- Pega CLM (Client Lifecycle Management) for customer onboarding and KYC processes.
- Pega Customer Service for end-to-end customer interaction management.
