Process Documentation & Training Support Specialist (Mid-Level) 

Location: Ortigas, Philippines

As a Process Documentation & Training Support Specialist, you will support the implementation of a new core banking system by producing accurate and operationally usable Job Cards and Desktop Procedures. You will translate business processes and system behaviours into clear documentation, while assisting training and simulation activities to ensure operational readiness.

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed 

  • Develop, review, and maintain Job Cards and Desktop Procedures for end-to-end processes in the new core banking system.
  • Translate approved business processes, system behaviour, and UAT/simulation outcomes into clear, step-by-step documentation for branch and operations teams.
  • Prepare and update training materials and presentation decks to support training sessions and simulations.
  • Monitor training and simulation activities, document issues and questions raised by trainees, and consolidate these for review.
  • Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), business users, IT teams, and vendors to validate documentation and ensure resolutions are accurately reflected.
  • Keep documentation consistent, compliant, and up to date with configuration changes, defect fixes, and approved process updates.
  • Participate in walkthroughs and knowledge-transfer sessions to support operational readiness and smooth transition to production.

We’d Love to Hear From You If…

Experience

  • You have 3–6 years of professional experience in banking operations, core banking initiatives, or bank-related projects.
  • You have hands-on experience with a core banking system in implementation, migration, UAT, training, or production support.
  • You have proven experience creating operational documentation such as Job Cards, Desktop Procedures, SOPs, or runbooks.

Technical Expertise

  • You have working knowledge of banking operations including CASA, loans, deposits, teller activities, batch, or back-office processing.
  • You are familiar with Sunline SunCBS, Temenos T24, Finacle, or similar tier-1 core banking platforms (advantage).
  • You understand bank operational controls, audit expectations, and regulatory considerations affecting documentation and training (advantage).

Ways of Working

  • You can work independently with minimal supervision while following established documentation standards.
  • You demonstrate strong attention to detail and can manage multiple deliverables under tight timelines.
  • You have experience coordinating with SMEs and cross-functional teams to resolve process or documentation gaps.
