As a Project Analyst / Scrum Master, you will support Agile project delivery, project governance, compliance tracking, stakeholder management, and business analysis activities for technology transformation initiatives. You will act as both a facilitator of Agile ceremonies and a coordinator of governance and reporting, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and aligned with organisational standards.
What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed
Agile Delivery & Facilitation
- Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices across teams.
- Support project planning, milestone tracking, RAID management, and project coordination.
Governance & Reporting
- Prepare governance reports, dashboards, executive updates, and PMO artefacts.
- Track compliance deliverables, audit findings, regulatory obligations, and remediation actions.
- Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Support technology transformation initiatives by aligning requirements with delivery models.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide clear communication and manage expectations across departments.

Experience
- You have 5–8 years of experience in Project Analyst, PMO, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or Project Coordination roles.
- You have experience in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
- You have supported technology transformation or enterprise application projects.
Technical Expertise
- You are skilled in Agile Scrum and Kanban practices.
- You are proficient in project governance and PMO reporting.
- You are experienced in business analysis and requirements management.
- You are knowledgeable in compliance, risk, and audit tracking.
- You are proficient with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.
- You hold certifications such as CSM or PSM, PMP or PMI‑ACP, or ITIL Foundation (preferred).
