Project Manager (PM)
Job Description
In our development department, you will lead the application renewal and cloud migration projects on the GIS server. The main duties are as follows.
- Project Management & Progress Management
- We select and manage multiple projects from among approximately 50 systems and related projects in the development department.
- Coordinates project progress, schedules, and resource allocation to identify and resolve risks.
- We will lead the project through each phase, from the proposal and contract phase to maintenance and operation.
- Cost Management
- Manage the income and expenditure of the entire project and ensure that it operates on budget.
- Develop a strategy to maximize cost efficiency and make adjustments as needed.
- We will ensure transparency by reporting the status of income and expenditure to customers and management.
- Deliverable Quality Control
- Set quality standards for project deliverables and ensure deliverables meet those standards through reviews and reviews.
- In the event of a quality defect, we will promptly implement countermeasures and make continuous improvements.
- After the project is completed, we will conduct a quality evaluation and propose improvement plans for the next project.
- Proposal and Contract phases
- We listen to customer requirements, prepare proposals and quotations, and adjust contract details.
- We will work with the sales team to support proposal activities and create the necessary conditions for the start of the project.
- Team & Vendor Management
- Collaborate with teams and external vendors to ensure the quality and delivery of deliverables.
- Through vendor coordination and schedule management, we support the smooth progress of the project.

Required Experience
- Work experience as a PM.
- Experience in coordinating with stakeholders on application renewals and cloud migration projects.
- Knowledge and experience in participating in IT system development projects
Welcome Experience
- Experience in quality control and review of deliverables.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) qualification or similar.
- Experience in implementing and using project management tools.
- Knowledge of GIS or implementation experience.
- Bilingual capabilities, including native-level or JLPT N1/N2 Japanese and fluent business English.
