Regional Sales Manager – Avant-Garde Luxury Brand

The Opportunity. 

This avant-garde luxury house is renowned for its boundary-pushing aesthetic, rooted in deconstruction, reinterpretation, and storytelling. Each fragrance is crafted as a narrative, evoking emotions, memories, and artistry.

As Regional Sales Manager, you will serve as both business leader and cultural interpreter—delivering strong results while ensuring that the brand’s distinctive philosophy and spirit are authentically expressed across all customer touchpoints.

The Role. 

  • Strategic Planning & Performance
    • Lead strategic business plans across the region, ensuring financial targets are met.
    • Translate insights from consumer behavior, art/fashion trends, and competitor activities into actionable growth opportunities.
    • Manage budgets, inventory, and merchandising resources effectively.
  • Team Leadership & Brand Transmission
    • Recruit, develop, and retain a dedicated retail team aligned with the brand’s avant-garde DNA.
    • Act as the chief narrator of the brand story, training the team in brand philosophy and product storytelling.
    • Foster creativity, accountability, and artistic engagement within the team.
  • Retail Excellence & Client Experience
    • Oversee retail counters, boutiques, and select specialty partners, ensuring global guidelines are upheld.
    • Deliver immersive, personalized experiences that connect clients with the brand’s conceptual narratives.
    • Lead CRM strategies to strengthen loyalty and build a discerning community of brand advocates.
  • Strategic Partnerships
    • Build and manage strong alliances with leading retail operators in the region.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Training to deliver high-impact launches, events, and activations.

The Expertise.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, ideally in Art, Design, Fashion Management, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Experience: 5–7 years in sales management within luxury goods, designer brands, or niche beauty; regional experience preferred.
  • Brand Affinity: Strong passion for avant-garde aesthetics and contemporary culture.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and guide teams in an artistically driven environment.
  • Business Acumen: Excellent analytical, strategic, and decision-making abilities.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and storytelling skills.
  • Other: Travel flexibility across the region.
