The Opportunity.
Thakral One is ensuring world-class quality assurance for Salesforce delivery with a leading telecom client. As Salesforce Tester, you will validate functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom components, ensuring solutions meet acceptance criteria and user expectations.
The Role.
- Create, maintain, and execute functional and integration test cases.
- Validate acceptance criteria against delivered Salesforce components.
- Log, manage, and retest defects by severity level.
- Support sprint reviews, UAT readiness, and hypercare defect resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, BAs, and Scrum Masters for complete test coverage.
The Expertise.
Required Skills:
- 3–5+ years in software testing with Salesforce applications.
- Experience testing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and LWC components.
- Strong understanding of acceptance criteria validation.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps test management.
Desired Skills:
- Telecom domain testing experience.
- Exposure to OmniStudio/Vlocity testing.
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, QA, or related discipline.
