As a Senior Finance Manager, you will oversee financial consolidations, reporting, and compliance for a multi‑entity group structure in Hong Kong. You will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, coordinate with auditors, ensure adherence to stock exchange requirements, and provide financial forecasts and analyses to support strategic decision‑making.
What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed
- Review monthly, quarterly, and year‑end financial consolidations, and prepare financial statements, reports, and accounting schedules.
- Coordinate with external auditors during interim and annual audits to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Prepare Group results for monthly, quarterly, interim, and annual reporting, including announcements.
- Develop financial forecasts and budgets, including consolidated Group projections.
- Produce operational analyses and reports to support management decisions.
- Liaise with bankers, auditors, and Group companies to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Oversee cash flow planning and liquidity management to support business continuity.
- Ensure compliance with stock exchange listing rules.
- Oversee reporting and compliance related to related‑party and interested‑person transaction rules.
- Perform other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the company.

Experience
- You have 8 years of experience in financial consolidations, preferably within listed companies, IPO environments, MNCs, or sizable audit firms.
Technical Expertise
- You are a member of HKICPA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional body.
- You have solid technical knowledge in complex manual consolidations across multiple subsidiaries.
- You are well‑versed in IFRS accounting standards.
- You have strong understanding of month‑end processes and internal controls.
- You are proficient in MS Office.
- You have good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
